Reasonable adjustments

We are dedicated to meeting your needs, making adjustments to our service where reasonably practicable for disabled tenants or other groups who may need additional support to access our services.   

Our adjustment can be things like providing written communication in another language, allowing more time for you to come to the door when we visit and many more.  You can find out a bit more about adjustments by viewing our policy here.

Our staff will always treat you with kindness and respect, and they expect the same in return. Any form of abuse or intimidating behaviour towards our staff or contractors will not be tolerated.
