Christmas and New Year opening hours

Somehow, Christmas is nearly here! If you need to chat with us about anything related to your tenancy over festive period, you can find our opening hours below. We'll be operating a reduced service until Thursday 2 January, but remember you can still call us during the holidays if you have an urgent or emergency repair! Normal hours will resume on Thursday 2nd January.

Monday 23 December – 8am - 6pm

Tuesday 24 December – 8am - 3pm

Wednesday 25 December – closed

Thursday 26 December - closed

Friday 27 December – closed

Monday 30 December – 8am - 6pm

Tuesday 31 December -  8am - 6pm

Reasonable adjustments

We are dedicated to meeting your needs, making adjustments to our service where reasonably practicable for disabled tenants or other groups who may need additional support to access our services.   

Our adjustment can be things like providing written communication in another language, allowing more time for you to come to the door when we visit and many more.  You can find out a bit more about adjustments by viewing our policy here. 

If you would like us to consider any adjustments, please contact us using the methods above or complete the form below 

We’ll let you know once we have reviewed your request, what adjustments we can put in place and meet.  We may have further conversation with you to confirm the exact needs in order to adapt our services for you

Our staff will always treat you with kindness and respect, and they expect the same in return. Any form of abuse or intimidating behaviour towards our staff or contractors will not be tolerated.
